This exhibition continues Dori's interest in the intersections between drawing and cooking, the kitchen and studio, consuming art and food. On display will be selections from two series: Dinner Table Memoirs and Mom's Cookbook Collection. Drawing Recollections also features drawn and painted portraits made to resemble old family photos taken in and around the kitchen. Dori is coming in from New York for the opening, where she will cook up her family's latkes and fresh applesauce for us to enjoy.
